COVID-19: Important update for customers
At LegalforLandlords we remain open for business as usual, but rest assured we have intensified measures to ensure that our fantastic team have all the support and remote working solutions they need to stay healthy and safe – along with plans to guarantee you still receive a 5-star rated service as normal. As our key focus, all clients will be looked after throughout this troubling time, and in the event of a lockdown, our business continuity plan will be in full swing so we can continue to operate as normal. And don’t forget, our myNative system is available from anywhere – all you need is the internet to access it for all referencing, insurance and legal services. We’ll also be expanding our LiveChat coverage to help with the extra demand over the coming weeks.
In line with Government advice to avoid non-essential travel where possible, as well as helping to protect our clients, we have taken the decision to conduct all meetings, training sessions and consultations online via screen share, conference calls and video calls.

Our advice to agents at this time is to continue upholding the highest standards and following best practice when undertaking valuations, viewings, inspections, maintenance and cleaning for your clients. We know you’ll be doing all you can to keep yourself and your clients safe whilst remaining compliant with Consumer Protection Regulations.
These are unprecedented times and we are in unknown territory with the COVID-19 outbreak, but we are doing our utmost to support all agents, landlords and tenants through this difficult period.
