Eviction Step 2 (Possession order)

Accelerated Application: From £1,014 including VAT and court fees
This can only be used to recover possession of the property, it does not permit any other claim, such as for rent arrears. In most cases, the landlord or agent will not need to attend court.
Tailored Application: From £1134 Including VAT and court fees
If there are any discrepancies with the case or paperwork or grounds for eviction that are likely to need explaining to the courts then an attended hearing is required with the application tailored to the circumstances of the case. Possession and Judgment will be included within the application.
Standard Application: From £1134 including VAT and court fees
Used in instances where the Landlord seeks possession and claim judgement because tenants owe rent. Possession and Judgment will be included within the application.
